Kansas City bankruptcy attorney Bill Wolff was born and raised in the Kansas City area. Bill attended DePauw University and majored in Economics. After graduating with honors, Bill worked for General Mills, Inc. as a sales representative. He called on accounts throughout the state of Kentucky.
Bill obtained his law degree from the University of Kansas, graduating Order of the Coif, in 1994. After graduation, Bill initially practiced in the area of workers’ compensation defense. Bill has extensive experience working with individuals and providing solutions to complex legal problems.
Bill also owned and operated a retail business for over ten years in Leawood, Kansas. He was responsible for all aspects of the sales, marketing, financial, staffing and compliance of the business. As a former business owner, he understands the legal challenges that businesses often face. Since joining The Sader Law Firm, Bill focuses his practice on bankruptcy and business law.
Bill lives with his wife, Kathy, and their children in Overland Park. Bill is an active member of the community and is the past Vice President of the Kensington Valley Homes Association. He also enjoys coaching his kids on their youth sports teams.
